Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake

We made this recipe tonight for our family. Our kids (age 1 and 5) dont eat spicy food yet so we swapped out the buffalo ranch for a bacon ranch dressing and swapped the bell pepper for an onion. I also threw in some bacon crumbles. So good! We will definitely make it again and try the original recipe when the kids are at their grandparents for a weekend.

This was amazing!!! Absolutely loved it!! I will make this recipe until they stop producing the Buffalo dressing!

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, yogurt, milk, and hot sauce until smooth. Stir in the pasta, chicken, and half the cheese. Mix well and pour into the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
