Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe


CHOCOLATE BISCUIT CAKE RECIPE
Yield  :   20 slices

INGREDIENTS:

  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g biscuit broken into pieces
  • 1 cup  brewed coffee / milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4  cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 eggs


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add in sugar, cocoa and  coffee.
  2. Stir until bubbles appear  along the edges.
  3. Lower the heat   add in egg, one by one.
  4. Stir until thicken.   Mix in broken biscuits, stir until well coated with chocolate.
  5. Pour mixture onto a sheet of  plastic or baking paper and shape into a log.
  6. Seal both ends and place in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Slice to serve.
