Fried Tempeh & Potato In Soy Sauce Recipe

Also, adding five spice powder when it was already delicious on its own is a violation of what this blog stands for – easy, cheap and accessible vegan food for everyone!

So I stuck with the original plan – just potatoes, soy sauce, and water.

Which happens to make this almost-everything-free! YAY! Not only is it vegan, it’s also gluten-free, oil-free, allium-free (no onion no garlic woohoo), nut-free, everything-except-soy-and-potato-free, basically :p

I know it seems hard to believe. Seriously? Just these 2 cheap and common ingredients? But trust me on this one. It’s good, I promise.
