Keto Parmesan Pizza Crisps


  • 2 tablespoons of Hemp hearts
  • 1 ounce of thin sliced pepperoni or hard salami
  • 2/3 cup of shredded parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice pepperonis in to half circles and set on a microwave safe plate.
  2. Microwave pepperonis for 30 seconds and blot with a paper towel to remove the excess grease
  3. Lay parchment paper down on a sheet pan and spread small piles of parmesan cheese all over until you have used up all of the cheese. I made 28 piles on a large sheet pan.
  4. Sprinkle Hemp Hearts over piles of parmesan (Optional)
  5. Flatten each pile to try to make a consistent thickness. Top each crisp with a 1/2 a pepperoni.
  6. Put the crisps in the oven for around 5 minutes. Begin to check them around the 4 minute mark. They will be done when they start to lightly brown and aren't bubbling as much as at the beginning. They can easily be overcooked so for the first batch I would recommend just keeping an eye on them and figuring out how done you like the crisps. These can vary based on the thickness of pan, oven rack level, etc.
